This OEM customized precision casting mould is engineered for high-volume production of aluminum die casting components in industrial environments. Manufactured in our China facility, the mould is constructed from hot-work die steel that provides excellent resistance to thermal fatigue and mechanical wear. The cavity and core are precisely machined to match customer part geometry, with optimized gating and overflow systems to ensure smooth metal flow.
